This SD-YYS-2848 completely auto-eye-drop filling sealing machine (filler sealer) is specially used for eye-drop plastic bottle. The whole process of the filling sealing, like auto-setting bottle, washing bottle, rinsing gas, filling, rinsing inside tuck, revolving outside tuck, attaching labels can be finished in this machine. Some time, the drying and sterilization device is also needed foor the special requirements. The set of completely auto-eye-drop filling machine set can divide in different places, and installed or connected to some machines according to the requirement of GMP standard.

The SD-YYS-170 filling sealing machine (filler sealer) is suitable for the high output production of eye drop. It can work with high speed but also stably and is of high eligibility rate. This equipment can be also used to produce iodine, 3essential balm and tincture.

The SD-CT-22A eye drop bottle washer is specially desigend for the unscrambling and washing of eye drop bottles. It is with the auto-setting bottle, washing bottle and bottle conveying fuction.

Both flat and round bottle are viable..And three water and three gas, three water and  two gas, two water and two gas can specially be designed. There is no pollution in both water and gas. Which can get to GMP requirement.
